Abstract

Research paper describing for the first time, a nematode model for enteroaggregative E. coli. The paper also reports that an outbreak strain of enteroaggregative E. coli has a pathoadaptive mutation, providing the first explanation for why this strain caused the largest enteroaggregative outbreak to date. --author-supplied description
