Abstract
Our studies show in this full paper that the Ca2+-binding protein calbindin D28k undergoes structural changes during redox potentials that are relevant during apoptosis. These studies are consistent with previous suggestions made by others that calbindin D28k serves a protective role during cell death. --author-supplied description
